As sub-contractor of Deloitte, wesupported Philips of Brazil to adapt TASY, the leading hospital information system of Brazil, to the German Health care market.
We organized a strategic performance evaluation and reorganization of the University hospital “Santa Casa di Misericordia” in Sao Paulo. The hospital is with more than 2.500 beds the leading health care facility in Brazil. We optimized its structure and major processes in order to increase quality of medical services and efficiency.
We refurbished and restructured the German home for elderly in Sao Paolo, which was erected in a rural area outside of Sao Paulo more than 50 years ago, and which is now surrendered by the skyscrapers of the fast-growing city.
