This included market analysis, medical service concept, HR concept, financing concept, controlling and reporting concept, marketing concept, and business plan incl. balance sheet planning, profit and loss planning, cash-flow planning.
Market analysis regarding the private hospital sector for the determination of demand for private hospitals services. The task included a Health needs assessment, Health facility assessment, and Health financing analysis. Based on the expected population growth and the existing competition structure, the need for additional hospitals capacities in the future were determined. The project was organized by EPOS Health Management, Bad Homburg, Germany, and financed by DEG-Invest, Cologne, Germany.
