Business plan and Feasibility study for a hospital in Benghazi, for a private investor. This included the establishment of a business plan incl. balance sheet planning, profit and loss planning, cash-flow planning.
The project was organized by Epos Health Management, Bad Homburg, Germany, and financed by GIZ, Germany.
