Master plan for the public hospitals. Technical Assistance for Development of National Health Care Delivery System Optimization Plan for the Kyrgyz Republic. The study included assessment of current status of the Healthcare system, demand and option analysis, determination of the demand of beds, staff planning, cost estimation. Among them there were the following hospitals: Chui Oblast Merged Hospital, TH Jayil Hospital andTHTokmok Town Hospital. The project was organized by Management4health, Frankfurt a. M., Germany, and financed by the KreditanstaltfürWiederaufbau (KfW), Frankfurt a. M., Germany.
Upgrading of the National Perinatal Center, Bishkek, as part of the programme Mother Child Care IV and V Perinatal Centre Bishkek (NPC). The project consisted of strengthening the Business and Finance Planning of the National Perinatal Centre, assessment survey of NPC management & administrative staff on knowledge in business & financial planning for developing a dedicated Training Plan, as well as measurement and reporting on activity indicators and targets, and conduction of training workshops, including development of detailed training plans and training of members of NPC members in Business and Financial Planning. The project was organized by Management4health, Frankfurt a. M., Germany, and financed by the German Development Cooperation.
