Analysis of the hospital structure in the northern part of the country for top consult, Cologne, Germany, as preparation of a proposal for a tender of the KfW, Frankfurt a. M., Germany. This included on-side-visits of selected hospitals, inspection of medical equipment, and semi-structured interviews with medical doctors and decision makers of the hospitals.
