Business plan for a private hospital in Sarajevo, which was financed and operated by one of the leading companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Based on the demand of the population for hospital services, and the current structures and capacities of public and private hospitals in the country, a hospital was designed, which closed existing gaps. The necessary number of beds, equipment, and staff was defined.
