Updating the Hospital Master plan for the entire Republic of Kazakhstan with 380 public hospitals.

Planning and configuration of the hospital system, the hospital financing system, and formulation of an effective investment plan for thehospitals from 2019 till 2040. Development of proposals on improvement of regulations in the system of state planning and state regulation as well as the system of financing the health facility network. Assessment of compliance of bed capacity in municipal, regional and republican in-patient facilities (about 380 hospitals).

Among them there were the following hospitals in Nur-Sultan: JSC “National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center”, JSC “National Scientific Medical Center”, JSC “National Center for Neurosurgery”, PSE on the REM “City Hospital No. 1” of the Akimat of the city of Nur-Sultan, PSE on the REM “Multidisciplinary city children’s hospital №1” of the akimat of the city of Nur-Sultan, PSE on the REM “City multiprofile hospital №2” of the akimat of the city of Nur-Sultan, PSE on the REM  “City Children’s Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 3” of the akimat of Nur-Sultan.

The project was organized by CounseilSante, Clichy, France, and financed by the World Bank.
