Developing of a National Master plan for the public hospitals in Moldova. This included the establishing of health region within the country, determination of necessary investments in construction and equipment, as well as human resources in the medical and non-medical departments. The project was organized by top consult, Cologne, Germany, and financed by the World Bank.
Feasibility study for the modernization of the Republican hospital in Chisinau, which is with 720 beds the leading hospital in Moldova.
After our analyses of the structure of the hospital, the demand of the population for medical services and the competitor situation, we designed a hospital, which met modern standards of higher effectiveness.
